Description

Cake is two layers of  spice flavour.

Filling is a vanilla buttercream.

Decoration is a number of complex  vanilla fondant items and vanilla buttercream. with a chocolate fondant name plaque.

Black fondant mortar board,  a piece of sheet music with a conductor's baton and the logos of the college attended and that which he will attend.

Jamez graduated from college with a degree in Music and is now pursuing a Masters in Music and Voice.. 

 This cake was one of several cakes made for a graduation celebration.  Each cake was designed to reflect the degree obtained and the future plans or, in the case of High School grads, to reflect the further course of study they were to undertake..
